I bridge the gap between colleagues and career growth by helping them find the right apprenticeship for their development. My day-to-day involves collaborating with different business areas to create new apprenticeship opportunities across the company.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the balance of theory and hands-on experience. Completing my CIPD allowed me to rotate through various HR teams, giving me a holistic view of the business. It was incredibly rewarding to apply my learning in real-time while building a strong professional network and the confidence to succeed in my role.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have significantly sharpened my stakeholder management skills by consulting with different business areas to create tailored apprenticeship opportunities. I also developed strong project coordination abilities by managing the rollout of new standards from the ground up. Most importantly, my technical HR knowledge gained through the CIPD allows me to provide high level professional advice to colleagues.
