Overall, how would you describe your experience at Kier Group?
Kier are people focused and have been incredibly supportive of my personal development. I work within a fantastic team, learning from some very experienced members of the business. Kier want you to succeed, and are a fabulous company to work for.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Drafting, negotiating, amending contracts, appointments, subcontracts and warranties.
My favourite part is the constant problem solving and negotiating on commercially important amendments.
