Barnett Waddingham as a company have excellent morale and there are many paths you can take to progress in your career. The team are very welcoming and supportive, always there to help with questions.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

This apprenticeship programme allows 6 hours each week to work towards your apprenticeship during work hours. It helps to keep you focused and not be over loaded with daily tasks within your job role and apprenticeship tasks. Being provided with a trainer who you catch up with each month and can contact daily is really helpful to ask questions and responses are prompt.

Each tasks sheet focuses on a new aspect, this is really helpful as you gain knowledge and apply this within your answers and job role which allows for personal development.

Barnett Waddingham are extremely supportive and always put your best interests first. They arrange apprenticeship days where you learn skills and behaviours to help you develop skills as well as making each individual feel comfortable

Having monthly catch ups allows your training provider to go through task sheets and answer any questions in depth. There is also an option to send messages directly to your training provider if you are unsure about anything
