The role has been very varied since being trained, however at busy times it had been difficult to learn new things. The team were amazing when providing deskside training and managers have been accommodating to my needs within the apprentice programme (ensuring enough time to balance day to day work and coursework)
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It's been great working with different members of the team and learning lots of technical knowledge that has helped me advance over the programme. Away days have been great to meet others in other offices

I knew very little about pensions when joining and now I feel confident talking to members looking to retire, even with various complexities that require detailed explanations

Very helpful knowledge to obtain to help with day to day role - deskside training was the most useful tool when it came to training though
