Varies from day-to-day and placement-to-placement. You could be in an area where you are working on projects and every day is different, or be in areas with lots of daily tasks.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have had lots of opportunities throughout my programme which I would not have had if I had gone directly to university.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed public speaking, presenting and communication skills. I have learnt analysis, programming, and project management.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

We have very well structures placements, moving to a new area every 3 months with these planned out at the start of the apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We have Early Careers Managers and Placement Managers, these both provide support throughout the apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The colleges and universities are happy to support and available on academic days or by email.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are lots of different things to get involved with, there are lots of Employee Resource Groups, Education Liaison (providing STEM outreach to local schools), and GenA (an early careers run university style society)

I have personally had a really good experience and the opportunities are endless within the company due to the size and global reach.
