As a L&D Trainer, I am responsible for the training an upskilling of Amazon Associates of all levels.
I have opportunities to develop my know and skills through the apprenticeship I am currently undertaking.

I have been able to use my learning from the start of the programme which has increased my confidence and help develop stronger relationships with senior stakeholders.

I have enjoyed working with the LMS Aptem and find it easy to navigate. I have been provided with plenty of time in order keep up-to-date with all of my learning.

I have had unlimited support from my Learning Manager. They have provided my with opportunities to use and implement my learning.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lifetime is very supportive and helps me in the right direction when Im not to sure. Sometimes there can be a delay in this response.

My apprenticeship is extremely relevant to my current role and I know that it is going to help me to progress within Amazon.

We have a SLACK channel for apprentices across the country to keep in touch and ask questions of each other.
