I think that a apprenticeship through Mitchell and buttlers is a great option and the team.is very supportive of it, the whole.mitchel.and buttlers team and lifetime team [apprenticeship provider] is very helpfull when it comes to work life bas ballance as well as the content taught being very hands on

The programme was very hands on based as well.as cource work.to go along side of it ,

As the apprenticeship.was very hands on there was many skills developed on it , it gave us the opportunity to learn kitchen basics and develop may skills Improved didn't even know where important in a service kitchen.

At the start I had a learning coach that was based on another company, i think a bit more organisation on induction could be presented

We had a aprentice assitant manager at the time so they where quiet clued up on the information and help that I may of needed

Overall.they are very good when it comes to supporting an apprenticeship,they do alot to support there learners both on site with hands on learning and course work

Don't stress over course work sot down with your learning coach and make a.plan with them , they are there to help you
