My job Role consisted of Being FOH ( Bar ) occasionally doing floor I am crossed trained for Floor & Bar.
Mainly my duties were to serve guests

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I didn’t really enjoy my apprenticeship program too much only because sometimes the theory side was completely irrelevant to the program itself and my coach left halfway through, so that held me back.
