Awful , we should get 20% of our working hours towards of the job time but we never do and when we ask we are talked down to . We never have meetings with our tutor . It’s basically just the job without any level of support / teaching / learning

No support at all , treated like a qualified member of staff with no support towards the apprenticeship

Our tutor visits very rarely and when you tell them about the issues they don’t fix it

There hasn’t been training , your thrown in at the deep end and excepted to just work with no help towards the qualification

Would you recommend Kids Planet Day Nurseries to a friend?
No
Why?
Never , they do not train , you don’t get any time to do your apprenticeship , they expect you to be a practitioner and have you at that standard , even though you are an apprentice . They try to gaslight and state that you are competent , even though you argue you’re an apprentice . Many times I have been left to run a baby room . I’ve also asked if I could change rooms to learn about other ages for my course but we can’t because we are always short staffed
