Lead a team of sales coaches and coach sales managers in royal Mail. Responsible to developing and deploying coaching programmes and other coaching workshops/frameworks to deliver increases in performance across the sales teams. Currently studying level 7 sales leadership
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love learning but doing this alongside a full time role is definitely challenging

It is a structured programme, sometimes the support aspects seem a little stretched

I have permission to take 1 day a week, sometimes the amount of work i have makes this more difficult

They are a good employer in general. Things are quite challenging at the moment with a lot up in the air but even with that there is a lot to learn and opportunities to acheive
