My job role includes serving customers, attending to their needs, helping run the shift, opening or closing the business if needed, seating guests, maintaining the cleanliness of the business.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the apprenticeship and had an amazing tutor who showed me endless support, always encouraging me to push myself and was always there to help out if needed whether it’s a silly question or trying to get an email resent. The only downside was I had a tutor swap halfway through where the first one left and I got the second which was a difficult change but worth it.
