Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
I do defrosting tasks for the chefs and desserts, prep the salad bar items/manage the salad bar and carry out health and safety checks, food labelling, kitchen and personal hygiene. I will either open or close my section of the kitchen each shift.
