Had a few issues in regards to organisation due to circumstances with my trainer but the overall experience was good and organised in regards to the company

all the content was extremely relevant and even the bits that weren’t directly related to my job role gave me a fantastic insight into the other operations that go into the industry etc

Why?
As someone who has worked in a few bug hospitality companies, M&B has been the most supportive when it comes to training, wellbeing and progression. Apprenticeships are offered at all levels and easily accessible for all
