Oversee the company's sustainability programme including all ESG elements. Working with branches across the UK to ensure the sustainability programme is implemented. Providing training to colleagues across the UK. Working closely with suppliers.

Bagnalls provide loads of support, from my manager and the wider team to help prepare me for the completion of modules on the apprenticeship/Masters programme and allowing me to use new learning in work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Regular meetings and lectures with the university team. Support from the apprenticeship team at the university.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Providing me with lots of new knowledge that I can apply in my daily work.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bagnalls?
Do it - there's so much more to Bagnalls and the P&D industry than simply painting and decorating. Every day is different and rewarding.
