The support along the way was great, lifetime was a great apprenticeship provider. Thankfully I was lucky enough to have a great coach to support along the journey

I did fall behind a couple of times but as it was very well structured I knew I was behind and needed to catch up

My confidence has improved massively i would say imposter syndrome was a big thing holding me back from developing but the stretch and networking really helped push boundaries of development

Yes
Why?
Its hospitality and let be honest it tough out there but we are a business that has so many opportunities along with so many ways to develop, you never get bored but you also feel rewarded at the same time
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mitchells and Butlers?
It may feel daunting going into learning especially if you havnt for a while like me but it really does help grow confidence and network with others
