I work FOH at miller and carter and I give guests a warm welcome when they come into the restaurant I also make sure that I give great service at all times
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I did enjoy it as I learnt the ins and outs of my job role and how to navigate around the restaurant

I have developed a speech skill where I never used to be confident in speaking to people but now working in this line of work I have became confident in doing so

Why?
Because it’s a great qualification to get out of the end of a lot of hard work and it’s a fun line to work in get tought a lot and shown a lot

Go for it it’s really worth it you will come out with a lot of knowledge about your business
