Involves leading a team of chefs/KP's managing stock + delivery's, ensuring high quality food is delivered to the guests we cook for

Enjoyed it alot, it was flexible and fit around my life, not the other way around

I have learnt new and developed existing skills, from gaining more knowlage on managing a kitchen safely and to the law, to developing my knowlage on delivering good food

Well structured for the most part, some issues here and there but nothing that caused massive issues

My GM, KM and KTL supported me throughout, helping to form me into the team leader I am now

Alot of support, giving me flexibility and breaks where needed from personal life and work
