Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Working with the engineers on the improvement and maintenance of the manufacturing lines as well as improving standards across the site and other important projects
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes I was given many projects that heavily impacted the line. I had projects that were to work with in a team and provide my knowledge and I had projects in which I lead a multitude of different size teams.

I receive all he support and guidance I needed and asked for there are a lot of knowledgeable engineers at Tata that are all happy to share their guidance.

Tata has a great general atmosphere in both a professional sense as well as a communal and social sense it has been a pleasure to come to work over this last 12 months
