my role involves sourcing and supporting candidates, filling client vacancies, and managing temporary assignments day to day. I communicate regularly with clients and workers, handle compliance and admin tasks, and ensure roles are filled quickly while maintaining a high level of service.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme it is sometimes challenging doing it alongside working fulltime but it is very rewarding and i feel i am learning loads from doing it on paper and then putting it to practice straight away.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The apprentiship has helped build my confidence with every aspect of my role especially communicating with clients or candidates.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure and organisation of the programme is great assignment and deadline are layed out clear and i always know exactly what i am doing and when i need to do it.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

The support I am receiving from my employer is great i always get time out to complete my assignments and if i am ever struggling i can always ask for help.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The Support i receive from my training provider is great, my tutor is very supportive if i have any questions always makes himself available if i ever need any extra support and helps me improve any assignments i am unsure of or haven't quite met the criteria
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification has helped me feel more confident in my role learning along side practically applying what i am learning is a great fast way of learning.

While working for The best connection i have learnt so many new skills and progressed the many skills i already had there has been so many opportunities for me to continue to learn and progress and do it all whilst making great friends and having fun whilst i work and learn.
