My role is to establish strong client relationships for key accounts within our business and to training our management teams on how to use strategic conversations to uncover client needs and objections.
This is all linked to improved contract retention and client loyalty.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am an experienced leader and have attended many business courses and training. The L7 programme has taught me new methods and strategic ways to review the business.
