My day to day tasks include:
Dealing with clients and quotations,
Solving any problems that occur with the project,
On site duties,
Creating technical submittals for Canary Wharf (where my site is based)
and many more things.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

A few years ago, I didn't know what I wanted to do. Then I had work experience with Bailey's and it truly opened my eyes to the world of construction and engineering. It is amazing what goes behind the creation of a building or a system and to be a part of something like that is a privilege and is something I am very proud of.

Yes. I have learnt how to use many new systems which I use on a daily basis.
I have also become even better at excel and PDF which are very helpful in any career.

I have a rotation plan where I go around the business into different departments which allows me to understand how the business works on a more detailed level.
Every few months as well I go up to Leeds for college.

I get loads of help whenever I need any. Never be afraid to ask a question because everyone has started once before.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They send us up to college and fund for it all. However doing the actual assignments and tasks is down to you. No one is going to sit your exams for you.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Going to college helps me understand items and processes, I hear everyday, in more detail.
