Heading up all learning and development in the business across the group. Responsible for L&D, performance and culture. Developing strategy, delivering training, building relationships, coaching, managing a team

Learnt so many different views and practices on strategy, change management, culture, managing teams, CSR and project work

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Excellent organisation with clear plans for the whole course. Knew of when courses were happening, deadline dates and support sessions. Arrangements for events were excellent and facilities were also very good.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Excellent support from the employer particularly for the EPA project which has now been developed fully and launched in the business.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Great support all the way through the programme with tutors available at any point for us to contact. 1-1 coaching sessions were also very useful.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Transformed my leadership style and feel so much more comfortable being the leader I want to be.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have sports teams and charity events throughout the year. I am also encouraged to both attend and hold external networking events.
