I deal with claims that arise in many different lines of business. The two lines of business that I deal with the most are Sports accident & health and Marine.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme as there is a nice balance of learning on and off the role as well as being able to feel a sense of responsibility due to the tasks that I am being trusted to complete.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed in office skills through the experience of coming into a work place, I also understand how to hold myself in meetings and what types of communication to use to different types of individuals within the working environment.

My structure is very well organised, I have a nice balance of apprenticeship work, work in my role and revision for exams.
