Overall, how would you describe your experience at Airbus?
My experience at Airbus was very positive. I had many opportunities to rotate between different aircraft programmes on site and around the world, especially attending leadership focus training once a year at the Leadership University located at Airbus headquarters in Toulouse, France.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
- Provide expert quality support and advice on technical drawings, parts, and processes
- Lead root cause investigations and coordinate corrective actions
- Lead, monitor and uphold quality systems through regular audits
- Present quality overviews to management and lead non-conformity reduction
