Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
Awesome so far. Great culture, great colleagues, tons of opportunities to learn and grow.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Software engineering, coding, scrum. I enjoy the coding + learning to code side of my job.

Regular 9-5 with options of working extra only if I want to. there is no pressure to work outside of my hours.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

Culture and values are top notch. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. I have not had anyone tell me 'no' when I have a question about anything. The general atmosphere is positive and welcoming.
