Overall, how would you describe your experience at GSK?
I enjoyed my first year on the scheme. I had the opportunity to learn more about sterile manufacturing and develop the skills in project space and product validation.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I was involved in new product introduction, risk assessments, product lifecycle, sterile manufacturing, project management, tech transfer. I was leading my own project, working in a cross-functional team to author and approve important documentation, supported production shifts. I enjoyed the project management part the most, working on the plan, communicating with stakeholders, organising review sessions.

I suggest to always stay curious and open-minded. There are lots of opportunities for development, you just need to find them and be proactive.
