As a volunteer store assistant, my role is to support the mission of the Kaim Shop at RGU, a student-led, on-campus initiative under Go Green that promotes sustainability, reduces environmental waste, and encourages a circular economy. My contribution helps ensure the smooth running of the shop and strengthens engagement within the RGU community.

Yes. Through my volunteer role, I have developed several key skills. I strengthened my communication skills by regularly engaging with students and staff, explaining the goals of the Kaim Shop in a clear and approachable way. I also improved my customer service skills, particularly in handling inquiries and supporting a diverse community. Additionally, I gained new organizational and retail-related skills, such as sorting donations, managing stock, and maintaining an orderly shop floor.
