Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
My experience at BAE Systems has been very pleasant. I have met a lot of wonderful people who have aided me in progressing with my career. I have learnt a lot of valuable skills and techniques that I can use on a daily basis.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The main roles includes fault finding of PCBs when there are problems arising whilst also commissioning new PCBs.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

My role allows me to interact with a multiude of different people within my function allowing me to garner all my knowledge to help aid with my task in hand. This has allowed me to have an accelerated learning within my field.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

There are a lot of perks and benefits all classed as FLEX benefits which include a multitude of different perks.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

I feel as though this role is helping me understand what is required of a full Hardware engineer and it's helped highlight different avenues I can take within my current field.

I am developing new skills on a daily basis by being put in different situations which require me to learn and pickup new skills from my team.

There is a flexible timings of working hours between the core hours and the required weekly hours which enables me to have a good work life balance.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

The culture is very inclusive with a multitude of extra curricular activities after working hours such as basketball or football.
