Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
I have enjoyed the job and I have learnt many things.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Managing changes within the equipment of the air sector. I enjoy the networking opportunities and the travel. I also enjoy the learning opportunities every day.

It is very flexible so I am able to take days off for any overtime or take it as overtime pay.

I get loads of support from my team and the people around me. Including senior members.

I am able to take any overtime as flexi days off if I wish to. I can also finish work at half 12 on a friday.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

It is very good. They are very inclusive and welcoming. From day 1 I was able to work remotely if I wanted to.
