What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Main responsibility is verifying the structural rigidity of parts through analysis and writing up structural reports. Performing analysis and learning different analysis techniques has been the most enjoyable element.

Why?
The work environment is just generally really well-structured. Enquiries for items such as annual leave, overtime, sick leave, IT incidents, etc are simple to make and the teams I've worked with in my experience have been very welcoming.
