Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
Positive, a lot of support when entering the company from colleagues and additionally documentation provided.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Support manufacturing operations during the build.
Collaborating with various stakeholders and customers.
Providing fabrication and assembly support by providing suitable tooling.
Enjoyment came from making processes and methods of builds more efficient.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Good balance and encouragement to switch off. Drop of a star due to my circumstances of long commute into work.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

Very inclusive culture.
I've found the remote working options are not as encouraged as on application form, but not to say they aren't possible due to personal circumstances.

A lot of events and training courses are encouraged for all, high level of inclusion.

Big encouragement for personal development. The scale of the company allows a lot of expansion into different areas and can keep knowledge fresh for someone who actively seeks new development.
