Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
Not stimulated enough, too big of a company, work wasnt given straight away. It is not stressful and i am developing at at a slow pace compared to my degree.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I enjoy the freedom to ask for different types of work, getting to travel down to other sites to meet the rest of my coworkers. I enjoy doing mathematical modelling and using matlab and git at work

How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Flexible hours, expensed travel and food are amazing. Ability to be remote is good overall, but for me i have to be in office 4+ days a week

Line manager support is very good - although I had to change around to find the best one for me. HR takes too long. My mentor became too busy to spend time with me.
