Some underutilisation at first - many grads feel the role wasn't quite as advertised due to changing project deliverables, team structure etc.
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Really learn the company values and behaviours - they are so important for any applicant. Be yourself, the range of colleagues is so diverse.
