How is the support you receive?

Buddy had coffee day one to check in, still in regular contact, line manager brilliant at making sure I'm ok and have enough work to do.
How is your work-life balance?

Able to work half day Friday which makes a massive difference to work life balance, get in the office early so I can finish before 4 most days which also gives time for meeting with friends and exercise.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

Culture of my team is welcoming and brilliant, able to accommodate if I have to work from home for whatever reason

Large company that feels small with plenty of opportunities to grow and responsibility from day 1.

BAE want someone who desires to grow into their role, don't come in feeling like you need to know everything but ready to learn, and let that come across in your interviews. Also the process moves quickly so don't be too late in applying.
