I work as a customer assistant in a supermarket. This involves a range of tasks from picking online orders, filling shelves and working on checkouts.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I’m enjoying it a lot. It’s giving me new opportunities to learn and do new things while on the job

Very well. I can always contact my mentor, we have regular 1 to 1s. The structure of my apprenticeship is clear, and I have been offered a range of recourses to help

Why?
It’s been a really hands on a proactive apprenticeship. I can do it while working my usual job hours. It’s clear what is expected of me and how I can meet my end goals to get the most out of it.
