Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
Being only three months into the grad scheme, I have yet to experience much of what it has to offer, but so far it has exceeded expectations, with many opportunities to network and meeting people across the business as well as being given real responsibilities from day one.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I'm currently in a financial accounting placement which involves carrying out reconciliations, posting journals as well as performing a number of financial controls to name a few.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Salary is reasonable, along with a starting bonus. Pension contribution is decent.
