Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
I enjoy the work that i do. i have been given responsibilities and have learnt a lot about the business.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
stakeholder management, engineering lifecycle, stretch assignments, co workers, options to learn about other functions of the business and other business units over the UK and globally. International partnerships and plenty options for travel.

Aside from commuting 3/5 days i manage to fit in a good balance. I often have early fridays due to additional hours within the week.

Less engineering than previously expected, but nevertheless still a great learning opportunity and internal moves within the business are easy.

Understand the engineering lifecycle, basics of systems or have transferrable knowledge.
