Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
I am currently around 5 months into the graduate scheme and it has been a great experience. The team I work in are very helpful and accommodating. There is also a lot of option for progressing the way that suits me.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My role required me to develop software. I enjoy working as part of a team which allows me to gain knowledge and insight from those with more experience.

How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?

I expected to be programming when i applied for a role as a software engineer but this isn't quite the case although I can tailor my development to make sure that i end up in such a roll.
