Overall, how would you describe your experience at GSK?
My experience during the graduate program was mostly good. However after landing into a permanent role, the experience becomes not as ideal as before.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I worked on the data science applications, modelling and simulation use cases in biopharm drug substance development.

Compared to other technical industries and roles, the pay at GSK R&D is at the lowest level that could let people working in other industries shocked.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to GSK?
I would suggest them to assign better HR services to the upcoming graduates. I struggles for months getting clear whether GSK would sponsor the Skilled Worker Visa for myself, while the HR vanishes from time to time without replying emails, even if she replied, there was nothing useful being delivered to me.
