Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
I am extremely happy with my experience at BAE Systems, already, I have been able to see some really interesting parts of the company, with plans to see a lot more throughout my scheme.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I am responsible for working with other teams within the company to ensure processes and products are as efficient as possible. Prioritising human interaction and ensuring there is minimal risk of human error. I enjoy the collaborative aspects of my role and the satisfaction of seeing my work make a difference.

The role matched my expectations well. Job description was understandably slightly vague but the job role description has been fulfilled so far.

To be patient, there is a lot going on behind the scenes during the recruitment and onboarding process. However, the patience pays off once you start.
