Very good, I have been given a good level of responsibility and provided with lots of training to help me in my role.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I have enjoyed aiding in structural integration, helping with major projects and offering my support on this.

I have no issues with anything that BAE have provided, Lots of pushing for diversity and inclusion which is very welcomed
