What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
For the Communications and Government Affairs scheme you do 3x 8 month rotations over 2 years. In each rotation I supported different teams working cross functionally between different business units. I worked on internal and external communications, as well as events, policy writing and policy positioning.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

In your first rotation it starts off slow, but as time goes on your responsibility builds so that you get to own your projects and lead on pieces of work.
