5/5
I thought my programme was great as I could do it in my own time at my own pace and my mentor was amazing

Yes doing the apprenticeship really boosted my confidence and made me think of the bigger picture of the company and what we do

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel it’s gave my confidence in what I do as rather than just doing it because that’s what I’m supposed to do I now know the why as to why doing my jobs
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

As colleagues we sometimes set things up like doing charity runs together, supporting each others charity work, Christmas party’s and as a company we do charity donations

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Lifetime Training to a friend?
Yes
Why?
It really benefitted me by making me feel comfortable in my role and making me feel like I’m ready for progression to the next step
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lifetime Training?
I would say to really give it a chance and a good go, my old manager pushed me into doing it and I wasn’t that bothered before hand but when doing it I started to really enjoy it. I feel many people would feel like me at the start as I already had a management role so why bother? But it’s definitely worth it!
