Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
Good - very long induction which was unnecessary. Took a long time to get things setup so that I could actually do my role. Love my team and the support in the work that I am doing
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Tasks based on the workload. Working files and running calculations. Stretch tasks like running STEM activities
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Once tasks were started (3+ months in) I get the same tasks as direct hires and are required outputs for the team

No placements into different areas like the old graduate scheme - I would have preferred that

Interesting roles, good pay compared to other graduate schemes and I like living near the lakes

Cannot describe the role in detail due to security and that with my limited experience with jobs made it hard to understand what the role would actually involve
