Why?
Good salary, flexible work life balance thats better than a lot of other companies, friendly employees, lots of opportunity and potential to gain experiences across the business. A job for life.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?

Took a long time to hear back from BAE but this is due to the number of applications. The graduate scheme interview process included an online application, if successful followed by competency tests, if successful a video interview where you recorded answers, if successful followed by a proper interview.

Use linkedin to research the company. Know a little bit about the technical aspects of the role you are applying for. Ask questions/be curious!
