Towards the end of the graduate scheme, I believe I could be paid better for the work I am doing, although once I finish the scheme, I will receive a large increase in pay.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to BAE Systems?
It is very competitive to get in, the odds say it is harder to get onto BAE Systems Graduate Scheme than it is Oxford University. Use the STAR method in your interview and really talk about how YOU can add value.
