Good experience. Enjoying my role, the right amount of challenge which feels very rewarding.

I feel very valued by my team, and have lots of opportunities to see many different parts of the business.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

I feel that the compensation package is very fair. Receiving a join bonus of £2000 allowed for easy relocation for the job. Pension & Shares scheme benefits are also very good.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

Very good development of soft skills required in a corporate environment. Would like more exposure to technical skills.

How is the support you receive?

I feel I have been adequately supported during my time at BAE Systems. I have a good working relationship with my line manager and feel like I can always ask for help. Buddy system worked very well for me and I keep in constant contact.
How is your work-life balance?

Work life balance is also very good. I work hybrid (working in the office on average 2-3 days per week), I feel this is a good ratio.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

Never had any problems with any other employees at the company. Have been treated very respectfully and think the company promotes good values.

Why?
As mentioned in previous answers. The company is enjoyable to work for, my time feels valued and respected. Hard work is rewarded in many ways and the it is overall interesting and fulfilling work.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?

I originally thought that the role would be more technical and less corporate in nature. However since starting my role I have grew to enjoy it.

Research the company beforehand and be yourself in the interview process.
