Slow to start but a very supportive company with lots of personal development opportunities

Opportunities to contribute could be greater but I believe this is down to individual team dynamics rather than the company as a whole. Can sometimes feel siloed.

Greater amount of support for personal development from a technical perspective from LM would improve this experience. Personal development in terms of my own skillset is valued and encouraged by the company through personal effectiveness modules.
How is your work-life balance?

Would prefer to do 3 days on site rather than 4 but a greater on-site presence has allowed for a greater amount of learning.
