Overall, how would you describe your experience at Airbus?
An amazing opportunity to develop technical knowledge as well as management skills completing placements in multiple departments through the Filton Airbus and Abroad
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Leading projects that have a real impact, through working on future projects to help contribute to a sustainable future. Working within a team of experienced engineers who are always happy to help you develop.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

There have been many opportunity's for me to contribute towards issues that arise that directly impact deliverables and that can also impact aircraft

How is the support you receive?

The support network at Airbus is extensive. You will have support on joining the company from HR as well as an early careers manager who will provide support for the whole graduate scheme. In each placement there is a placement manager who will provide you with technical support relating to your development with in that department. There is also opportunities to have mentors and buddies as well.
