- Contributed to Siemens’ monthly newsletters by providing financial highlights and office updates.
- Supported, guided, and hosted social network events such as International Women’s Day and Navigating Change, encouraging engagement and community-building across the network.

I was given a significant amount of responsibility throughout the internship, which I found both challenging and enjoyable. It made me extremely pleased to know that my work was trusted and valued, and I genuinely enjoyed rising to the challenge.

I’ve definitely developed my interpersonal skills and confidence in leading groups. I also strengthened my ability to take initiative, embrace new challenges, and say yes to every opportunity that came my way, which helped me grow both personally and professionally.

I definitely received a lot of support throughout my internship. We had weekly check-ins and one on one interactions whenever I was in the office, and my team was always encouraging me to take on new tasks and challenges. They were also there to offer guidance and advice whenever I needed it, which made a big difference in my learning experience.

It was an excellent experience, the environment was incredibly inclusive, diverse, and welcoming. The community was genuinely supportive, which is something you don’t often find in many companies.
